About Me

Who is BradENSTL?

I am a Digital Content Creator and Social Media Influencer in St. Louis, Missouri. During April of 2020, I created the BradENSTL Instagram (Brad-in-St. Louis) account to showcase local restaurants, their menus, hours, and my "foodie" experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. After a few months of creating posts with pictures of food, I decided to utilize more of my creativity to help our local businesses. I began creating vlogs and micro-vlogs centered around the restaurants of our City. I wanted to reintroduce St. Louis to the concept of dining out, introduce them to restaurants they may have never heard of before, and build a foodie culture that embraces their love of our local eats. In less than two years, I have been able to showcase over 650 local dishes and work with brands like, Coca-Cola, Schnucks, Anheuser-Busch, Le Meridian-Marriott, The Gateway Arch, Union Station, STL Bucket List, NW77th, City Museum, Schlafly, Series Six Company, Jon Blanco, Cabo Wabo Tequila brand, Wild Turkey's - Russell Reserve whisky brand, 9 Mile Garden, City Foundry, and many others.

In the Summer of 2020, I created The Toasted Ravioli micro-vlog series where I tried toasted ravioli from 8 restaurants all over St. Louis. This series was released on Instagram, featured in the Reels, and had over 60,000 views. This success has led to me creating 14 additional series that will run from 2022-2024.

In order to get to know the people of our beautiful City better, I created an Instagram Live series named "STL Shorts" in October of 2021 that is focused on St. Louis creators, entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, and those who admire our City. In the first six episodes I've been able to interview a Grammy Award winner, an Emmy Award winner, a Tech entrepreneur, a Sustainable Fashion entrepreneur, and a Digital Content Creator just to name a few.

St. Louis is an amazing City with much to offer. We also have a lot of work to do as we start a new chapter in our City's history.

My goal is to bridge the gap between communities through food and change the way you see St. Louis, one bite at time.

You can follow me on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook @BradENSTL. My other projects include The Saint Louis Food Blog on Facebook and The Saint Louis Food Vlog on YouTube.
